Life in today’s world means there is increased pressure to minimise downtime and improve reliability. It is not always possible to obtain and keep the experience required in-house. Servo Engineering provide a 24 hour technical support service to cover any unforeseen problems.
An engineer is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The engineer will endeavour to solve the problem as quickly as possible. If this is not possible then a site visit will be arranged.
There are 2 methods of Payment for support.
- Pay Monthly – A monthly fee can be negotiated giving a preferential rate per hour for support.
- Pay as you go – This incurs a higher hourly rate but gives new customers the chance of support when they need it.
Both these service’s are provided by experienced and well-trained engineers.
Various options of support are available, including alternative response times or spares holding etc.
Due to the pricing schedules, we are able to provide a comprehensive service enabling us to talk your engineers through a problem, saving unnecessary costs, like flights and living expenses.
